Half a year...how am I gonna fit all that into one post?

It has been SO long since I last updated this blog.
Here are a few highlights from spring:

MARCH 2012:
The return of good weather and many walks up and down our street.

We got to hang out with Uncle James in Colorado Springs for a few days!

Then we joined Simon and Elissa for the Drupal Conference in Denver for a few more days!
It was a really fun trip every step of the way!
It was the most beautiful spring we've had since I can remember.

APRIL 2012

City Garden with cousin Lindsay and her man Nick

Lindsay is an amazing photographer!

Ash and Vera playing and first time on a big kid swing!

Playing with Esther - cars and flowers - perfect combo!

First ice cream cone! Mommy got to help her eat it :)

We got to celebrate Ash Drew and Cole's baptisms!

Grammy was there too!

Watermelon lovers unite!

Easter egg hunt with the community group!

First all out finger painting session!

I kind of felt like a genius when I figured this out - water and books out of the crib!
Vera loves hanging them up and I love that her crib isn't full of stuff. The books are in one of those sponge holders that go over a sink divider.

Photoshoot by Brea to capture Vera's "almost 2"-ness!

Gone fishin'

She loves to run - running to us, away from us or around us!

Lounging at the library in The Luminary

Egg hunt with buddies Eliza and Evie!

Erin planned a beautiful day for them - we all had a great time!

Except Jeremy, he was stuck with lifeguard duty...

MAY 2012:
Play dough obsession begins!

Time with our fam up north! Two new beautiful baby boys!!!

Botanical Gardens during setup of the Lantern Festival

Fun with Grammy at the Botanical Gardens

At the zoo with The Rodewalds!

Trip to celebrate Christine's HS Graduation!

So proud of my niece! She's at TCU now!

Fun with Aunts and Uncles!

The birthday girls - Felicity and Vera are 2!

It was a fun party - maybe one of the best features
was the bubble ring Jason made!

And all the play dough Laura Murray made was a huge hit!

The cakes turned out great too! It was a wonderful birthday party!

Proud parents!
