I got the most amazing package in the mail today. A really thoughtful note from my sister, Kristen, and some really adorable ceramic decorations that she made with her daughter Gabby! It will be fun to find just the right places for them.

Thank you, Kristen Gabby and Logan! That was SO sweet and creative! The onesies, hearts, and guardian angel are so special. We miss you!

Tomorrow we have our 2nd childbirth class. At the first class, the instructor was using a skeletal model of the pelvic bones to show how the baby moves through it...and the pelvis broke. Nice visual for all us nervous mothers...eh?
I'm finally getting used to sleeping on my side! I don't wake up on my back as often anymore. The baby was moving really fast last night. What she was doing I couldn't say.  It almost felt like a drumroll...

Mom spent the night last night on her way back from Wisconsin. She helped me clean the living room and it looks and feels much nicer in here now!

If one feels the need of something grand, something infinite, something that makes one feel aware of God, one need not go far to find it. I think that I see something deeper, more infinite, more eternal than the ocean in the expression of the eyes of a little baby when it wakes in the morning and coos or laughs because it sees the sun shining on its cradle.
