Here's Vera working with us at the Mud House on Cherokee. She liked it there a lot - 2 ceiling fans in
one room?!
Some of the things she's been up to lately:
Standing when I hold her up - her legs used to just collapse, and yesterday she locked them so she kept herself up. Just for a second, but several times in a row.
Cooing along when I sing - it's sooo precious.
Grabbing her feet a couple times - I'm sure she's going to be doing it a lot soon. Her legs are so strong, she can kick really hard.
Going to bed at a regular time - 10:30pm. What is she - 15? I'm sure it will get earlier, but for now I don't mind because she sleeps til 9 or so in the morning (with a couple feedings mixed in).

She made her first trip to Chicago to visit family last weekend! She got to meet her Great Aunt Pam and her Great Uncle Gary, her cousins, Luc, Jackie, and Lindsay, her Great Aunt Jeanne, Great Grandma Rita, and Great Aunt Pam, in that order. Vera had such a good time! She loved all the attention and snuggles and conversations.

I love how genuinely happy they are together!
